I acknowledge that I/my child have received, read, and understand all rules and obligations provided to me and agree to abide by them. I also acknowledge that my child’s social media accounts may be checked and if there is anything deemed unbecoming of a representative of the fair by either the pageant director or the fair board executive committee, they may be disqualified from competition with no refund given.

I have been provided with a copy of the judging procedure and agree that the decision of the judges is final.

I understand that my/my child’s picture may be taken while participating in the Ohio County Country Fair Queen’s pageant or other fair-related activities for the purpose of advertising or promoting the event. This may be done by the newspaper, TV, web page or fair related persons.

I understand and agree that I will not hold the Ohio County Country Fair, Inc., its board members, or pageant organizers responsible for any injuries sustained as a result of participating in the Ohio County Country Fair Queen’s Pageant, other fair-related activities, or in any other activity I complete representing the fair should I be selected as royalty (i.e visiting royalty, parades, etc).
